Monitoring the educational and social progress of the center’s youth (aged 14–16). Providing individual tutoring to 12 adolescents. Preparing and updating follow-up documentation (Individualized Educational Plan and Family File). Participating in the planning and evaluation of the center’s educational project, in coordination with the rest of the team. **Workplace Conditions:** Permanent contract. 25-hour weekly work schedule (possibility to increase to 30 hours). Afternoon shifts plus one morning per week, to be scheduled flexibly. Integration into a dynamic team offering mentoring spaces and collaborative work.
