**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Cleaning Operator for our factory in Terrassa: a responsible person, eager to work, and who values doing things well. Your work will be essential to keep our facilities clean, safe, and ready to continue delivering products of the highest quality. If you enjoy teamwork and seek stability within an established company, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Keep all areas of the factory clean and disinfected, following established protocols. * Perform cleaning tasks using a trolley cart, which will accompany you throughout your shift with all necessary cleaning products and materials. * Clean production machinery—including mixers, dividers, rounders, proofers, ovens, conveyor belts, worktables, and other manufacturing equipment—ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Clean offices, changing rooms, restrooms, the staff canteen, warehouses, and common areas. * Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as automatic ride-on scrubbers, when required by the service. * Properly manage waste and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. * Ensure order and cleanliness across all facilities, contributing to a safe working environment. * Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain the factory in optimal condition. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Free bread every day Joining a solid and rapidly growing company * Stable employment contract * Training from day one and continuous support * Positive work environment Real internal development opportunities **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience is not required; we value attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment more highly. * Be a responsible, organized person with attention to detail. * Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Always follow instructions from supervisors and respect established work procedures. * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to perform dynamic tasks and maintain a good pace throughout the working day.
