Palex Medical Technical Service 3 hours ago Description **Palex Medical is looking to hire a Technical Office Engineer** The selected candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support to hemodialysis water plant projects, ensuring the proper preparation of technical documentation, drawings, calculations, project files, protocols, and final installation documentation. **Location:** Barcelona **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and update technical drawings for water plants: layouts, schematics, P\&ID, and final drawings. * Prepare technical documentation for quotations, projects, renovations, and expansions. * Support sizing of installations: space requirements, connections, flow rates, usage points, and hospital requirements. * Review technical solutions to ensure consistency with the quoted scope and customer needs. * Prepare installation documentation, commissioning documents, SAT, IQ/OQ, certificates, and technical dossiers. * Support the Project Manager in technical proposals, scope review, and project documentation. * Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain required technical documentation for projects and modifications. * Maintain up-to-date documentation databases for installations, drawings, components, configurations, and technical histories. * Standardize templates, formats, protocols, and technical procedures. * Ensure each installation is thoroughly documented to facilitate future maintenance. * Provide technical and documentary support to the service team regarding questions about drawings, configurations, or installation histories. * Register spare parts required for projects. **Education and Required Knowledge** * Technical education in engineering, electromechanics, or related field. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical schematic design software. * English language proficiency at B1\-B2 level. * Ability to interpret drawings, hydraulic schematics, layouts, and technical documentation. * Prior experience in hospital installations, water treatment, fluid systems, electromedical equipment, or technical projects is desirable. **Personal Competencies** We seek a candidate who is: * Committed, dynamic, and highly capable of learning. * Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented. * Skilled in communicating effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. * Oriented toward standardization, continuous improvement, and service support. **Experience** * Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. **Other Requirements** * Valid driver's license. * Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 30% of time, including overnight stays). **What Palex Medical Offers** * Permanent contract. * Fixed and variable compensation. * Comprehensive social benefits package, including private health insurance. * Company vehicle. * Continuous training and professional development within a highly specialized environment. * Integration into a leading company in the Life Science sector.
