Job Summary: We are seeking a fitter with experience in installing pipes and fire protection systems (PCI), including welding, pressure testing, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in installing fire protection systems (PCI). 2. Interpretation of technical drawings and welding. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance. We are seeking a fitter with experience in installing pipes and fire protection systems (PCI). The main responsibilities will include assembling fittings, hydrants, pipes, and other components related to PCI systems. Responsibilities will include interpreting technical drawings, performing welding and grooving tasks, conducting pressure tests, inspections, and commissioning of installations. Corrective and preventive maintenance tasks will also be required. Prior experience in pipe fitting—especially in PCI systems—and solid knowledge of fire protection will be valued. The ability to interpret technical drawings is essential, as is holding a valid occupational health and safety training certificate. Training in welding or mechanical work will be considered an advantage, as will possession of a Class B driving license and a personal vehicle. A temporary employment contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming permanent; full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM; salary according to the Asturias Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement.
