DESCRIPTION **ADVISORY FIRM WITH 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE** is seeking a **LABOR TECHNICIAN**, with workplace located in the city of Vigo. **OFFERED**: * Salary negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications. * **PERMANENT CONTRACT (39 weekly hours).** * Flexible start time, end time, and lunch break. From October 1 to May 31: split-shift schedule (except Friday afternoons); from June 1 to September 30: intensive-shift schedule. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Managing **affiliations**, **hiring**, **contract renewals**, **extensions**, registration, **CASIAS**, and **CRA files**, handling **temporary disability leave (IT)** and monitoring **FIE/FIER**, reporting **workplace accidents**, processing **payrolls**, **settlements**, and **hiring subsidies**, in coordination with the team’s advisor. * Monitoring contractual arrangements and drafting employment contracts, adjusting working hours, job categories, or workplaces. * Correct application and interpretation of various **collective bargaining agreements** when entering and interpreting data. * Using applications: **SILTRA**, **Contrat@**, and **Delta**, via **A3 NOM**. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **5 years’ experience** working in an **ADVISORY FIRM**. * Higher Vocational Training Degree in **ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE**, and/or University Degree in **LABOR RELATIONS**, or equivalent. * Proficiency in SILTRA, Contrat@, and Delta applications. * Mastery of A3 NOM software. * Residence in Vigo and/or willingness to relocate.
