Take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health. * **Productivity tools:** Use cutting-edge tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and effectiveness. **Role Description:** ======================== **Building Site Manager** We are seeking a Building Site Manager to supervise and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate on-site work teams, including direct employees and subcontractors. * Plan and organize daily construction activities, assigning tasks and resources. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor material quality and work execution, verifying conformity with drawings and technical specifications. * Track project timelines and budgets, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. * Prepare progress reports and report to project management. * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction. **Qualifications** * Higher vocational education degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering Construction, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably on large-scale building projects. * In-depth knowledge of construction, safety, and quality regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. * Proficiency in project management software and office applications. * Willingness to travel and work at various project locations. * Valid Class B driving license. **Seize the challenge.
