Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented industrial maintenance technician to ensure continuous equipment operation in the food industry, with a focus on prevention and correction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in the food industry. 2. Diagnosis and repair of faults to minimize downtime. 3. Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure productive capacity. We offer an industrial maintenance position at a food industry company located in Peraleda de la Mata. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous operation of production equipment and facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. This includes diagnosing and repairing faults to minimize downtime, monitoring equipment condition, and proposing process improvements—all while complying with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards. The work environment is industrial and requires an active, solution-driven attitude. The role involves working with systems combining electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics; therefore, practical expertise in these areas is required. Collaboration with other departments is essential to maintain productive capacity. Prior experience in industrial environments—especially in the food sector—is highly valued. Required education focuses on maintenance, electricity, or mechanics. We seek a team-oriented individual capable of adapting to a dynamic production environment. Candidates must hold formal training in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, or a related field. At least one year of prior industrial maintenance experience is required; experience in the food industry is especially desirable.
