Main responsibilities include following chefs' instructions for food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are properly labeled and organized for easy access. Precise measurement of ingredients and seasonings is required, as well as preparation tasks such as washing, cutting vegetables, meat, and other products. Basic kitchen tasks will be performed, such as reducing sauces or blanching foods, and preparing simple dishes like salads and appetizers. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen is essential, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and managing waste removal. Proper storage of all food and products must be ensured, strictly complying with current health and nutritional regulations. The position is a temporary contract with flexible working hours.
