**Job Category:** ================= Quality **Job Family:** =============== Enterprise Quality and Food Safety **Job Description:** ==================== Validation of CIP and COP cleaning of plant equipment, and their hygienic design. Generate documentation and analyze sanitation performance across the entire plant. Review circuits using a PID and understand: valve function, pressure gauges, flow direction, and identify a pump. Understand the importance of cleanings, comprehend associated parameters, and have basic knowledge of microbiology. Work to maintain good hygiene conditions in the facilities. Perform Neptune validation according to the program approved by Sanitarian. Verify circuit hygiene by disassembling different points after CIP. Monitor CIP concentration, time, temperature, and flow rate values. Understand how to evaluate pulses, visual inspection, ATP, and micro-swabbing. Work with production, maintenance, and quality teams to carry out equipment cleaning tasks as planned. Ability to disassemble simple equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex ones.
