We are looking for an **IT Systems Technician**, whose mission will be to ensure the correct operation of the physical and logical components comprising the organization’s technological infrastructure. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity and providing daily technical support. **The selected candidate will perform the following duties:** 1\. **Hardware and Software Management** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and servers. * Updating operating systems and enterprise software. * Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software failures. 2\. **Network Support and Administration** * Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and VPN networks. * Management of network components such as IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. * Incident response and remote or on-site assistance. 3\. **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** * Periodic review of equipment and systems. * Repair or replacement of defective components. 4\. **Backup, Recovery, and Documentation** * Performing data backups and restorations. * Recording configurations, changes, incidents, and procedures. * Preparing technical and status reports. 5\. **End-User Technical Support** * Handling hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. * Documenting solutions and providing basic user training. 6\. **Cybersecurity** * Implementing basic security policies (antivirus, passwords, port blocking). * Reporting and tracking security incidents. 7\. **Inventory Management and Cloud Infrastructure** * Tracking and managing technological assets. * Supporting equipment procurement and replacement. * Managing cloud-based and hybrid solutions (where applicable). Knowledge of networks and cybersecurity, file servers, and Microsoft, Power Apps, Azure, and Google Workspace. * Advanced expertise in Fortinet technology, network communications, routers, and firewall management. * English: B1–B2 level
