A developer–contractor currently in its initial development phase, with a growth plan across the Valencian Community, is hiring a Building Draughtsman to join the Technical Office and progressively participate in procurement activities for building projects. This position targets candidates with vocational training in building construction who wish to broaden their expertise toward cost analysis, tender comparison, and supplier interaction. Job Mission Provide support to the Technical Office in preparing and reviewing drawings and technical documentation, progressively collaborating on tasks related to the procurement area for building projects. Main Responsibilities: \* Development and modification of drawings in AutoCAD. \* Interpretation of technical projects: reports, specifications, measurements, and drawings. \* Support in reviewing construction details. \* Preparation of technical documentation for tender requests. \* Assistance in measurements and basic cost analysis. \* Support in tender comparison and coordination with suppliers. \* The position allows for expanded responsibilities in the procurement area, depending on individual progress and performance. ### **Requirements** \* Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Building Projects, Construction, or Civil Engineering. \* Initial experience as a draughtsman or within a technical office. \* Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. \* Proficient user-level knowledge of AutoCAD. \* Knowledge of Excel. \* Presto is an advantage. \* Professional-level Spanish.
