




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in invoicing, general accounting, and tax/labor support for document and financial management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Possibility of an indefinite-term contract We are looking for personnel to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in Villanueva de Gállego, Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include invoicing management, covering issuance of sales invoices, recording of purchase invoices from suppliers, administration of receivables and payables, and cash control. The candidate will also handle general accounting tasks, including daily journal entries, recording of financial transactions, and performing bank reconciliations to verify balance accuracy. Additionally, support will be provided in tax and labor administration, including preparation of tax declarations such as VAT and Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and processing of payroll and social security contributions. Document management—including archiving documents and tracking customer history—also forms part of the duties. A minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles and a Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP) qualification in Administration and Management is required. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with industry-specific software are essential. The position is initially temporary, full-time, covering a sick-leave replacement, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30, including a lunch break. The workplace is located in Villanueva de Gállego.
