Optimize workplace order and cleanliness We are seeking a production operator for Allo. Main responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining product quality according to specifications. This includes performing periodic inspections, identifying and segregating non-conforming products, and executing established operational standards. The operator will manage the machine and supervise the production process, making necessary adjustments after consultation with the team leader. They will also collaborate on format changes, maintenance, and other technical tasks. They are responsible for correctly preparing and loading raw materials into the machine, as well as maintaining smooth communication during shift handovers. Additionally, they must ensure and optimize workplace order and cleanliness. They will participate in entering and reporting production data and work in accordance with staff development programs. Working hours follow rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, or night) on a full-time basis. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Technical training in an industrial environment is desirable (Machining, Electromechanical Maintenance, Electrical and Automatic Installations, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, etc.) Industrial environment experience and availability to work rotating shifts in a continuous process
