Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be to ensure safety through proper preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator equipment, while promoting our services through professional advice. * You will be responsible for customer satisfaction through service quality and regular, proactive, and accurate on-site communication. * You will carry out safe work practices and identify repair opportunities. * You will contribute to continuous improvement of products, methods, and safety by providing feedback to your supervisor and the quality department. * You will be responsible for preparing accurate, real-time reports on work performed and materials consumed. * At KONE, we do things together: you will receive support from a dedicated team assisting you daily, and you will have a Supervisor who works alongside you to achieve the best results.
