**Description:** ---------------- At Fred. Olsen, S.A., we are seeking a Digital Projects and Corporate Image Technician to contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of our digital, communication, and branding processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing digital projects onboard and at terminals, designing corporate signage, administering Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint), and supporting coordination with external providers. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and renew the company's corporate signage (passenger areas, garages, safety) using tools such as Adobe Illustrator. * Coordinate and update content displayed on screens onboard and at terminals, collaborating with internal and external providers. * Drive digital improvements onboard: entertainment systems, ship logs, terminal displays, and creation of new zones. * Supervise and propose improvements to hardware and digital systems. * Address improvement requests in workflow processes and resolve technical incidents (televisions, equipment, and devices). * Administer SharePoint 365, including: * + Creation of automated workflows and tracking lists. + Gradual implementation of improvements and new applications. + Development of portals and support for daily incident resolution. * Participate in the coordination of digital and branding projects, such as: * + Garages, evacuation plans, and visual consistency. + Digitization projects (Temperatures, FARO, logs, etc.). + GPS, pets, and video surveillance. * Collaborate on administrative tasks: invoice review (Solpheo) and management of technology orders with suppliers (TVs, hardware, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements for the candidate are:** * Advanced English proficiency. * Class B driver's license. * Advanced office software skills (Microsoft 365). * Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canvas, Filmora, or other design and editing tools is desirable. * Ability to learn, innovate, and adapt to new technologies. * Experience in supplier management and coordination of digital projects. **Additional advantages include:** * Previous experience in graphic/vector design. * Knowledge of hardware management and digital entertainment systems. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
