Job Summary: INESPRO is seeking an analytical and experienced Technical Architect to ensure the execution of architectural projects with maximum quality, budget adherence, and schedule compliance. Technical office support for measurements, budgeting, and design. **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset and construction experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed with the highest quality while strictly adhering to established budgets and schedules. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution management of construction works as a member of the Technical Supervision Team: On-site supervision to ensure works strictly follow the technical project and current regulations. * Economic management and certification of construction works, * Documentation: Drafting of site minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. * Coordination of safety and health across multiple construction sites. * Support to the project technical office: Measurements, budget preparation, design support, and calculations **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in material execution management of new residential buildings comprising at least 8 residential units. * Experience in material execution management of new public, administrative, hospital, healthcare, or educational buildings. * Possession of certificates of satisfactory execution
