




Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for access control and reception duties, responsible for answering phone calls and serving the public, managing information, preparing facilities, registering entries and exits, processing payments, and drafting reports. Report drafting and room/key management Personnel are required for access control and reception. Training in areas such as access control, reception, general services, or administrative assistance will be valued. Basic computer literacy and prior experience in similar roles are essential. The selected candidate will handle telephone calls and in-person inquiries, managing the information requested by callers and visitors. They will also prepare facilities for opening and closing, register guest entries and exits using a computerized system, and process payments via card terminal. Additional duties include drafting daily reports, arranging and reserving meeting rooms, and managing keys. A part-time work schedule of 28 hours per week is offered, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) scheduled from Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekly rest days as stipulated by law. The contract is temporary, initially covering a leave replacement, with potential for extension. The gross monthly salary is €861, paid in 14 installments, plus additional allowances for holiday or night hours.
