Preparation of social security filings and contract notifications We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a disability to support the HR department of a company located in the Asipo industrial park in Llanera. Main responsibilities will include managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes; reporting contracts and subcontracting arrangements; preparing social security filings; and processing payrolls, as well as other duties typical of the HR function. Professional training in administration and proficiency with office software are required. Knowledge of labor legislation and experience with systems such as Red, Siltra, or Contrata will be considered advantageous. A temporary contract is offered, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours will be full-time, scheduled Monday to Friday: two days from 8:00 to 15:30, two days from 9:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00, respecting statutory rest periods. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Availability to commute to the workplace in Llanera is mandatory.
