




Job Summary: Supervises entry and exit, manages access, performs basic cleaning and repairs, and ensures the proper functioning of common services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of access and services. 2. Basic maintenance and minor repairs. 3. Coordination with suppliers and support for events. The concierge position involves supervising the entry and exit of people, managing key handovers, and controlling visitor or vehicle access. The role also includes performing basic cleaning tasks in common areas and carrying out minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, addressing minor blockages, or maintaining radiators. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the proper operation of common services—including heating, lighting, waste areas, and air conditioning systems—and making necessary adjustments. In addition, they will manage the receipt and distribution of mail and packages, coordinate communication with external service providers (e.g., gardening or elevator maintenance), and provide support in organizing events. A recognized disability of at least 33% is required. A valid Type B driver’s license is considered a positive asset. Employment conditions include a permanent intermittent contract, a part-time schedule of 4 hours per day, and a salary aligned with the applicable collective agreement.
