We are looking to hire a new Commercial Advisor for our hospital center in Santa Cruz de Tenerife to carry out the following responsibilities: * Attend to individuals interested in the private services offered by the Hospital. * Coordinate the first appointment for the interested party's outpatient consultation. * Periodically evaluate the satisfaction of new customers to identify improvement actions for products / services provided. * Monitor patients seen each month, register and report in CRM, verify sent reports and month-end closure. * Conduct post-sale and post-surgical follow-ups. * Prepare corresponding reports. * Achieve billing targets set as objectives. * Process financing applications for our customers. * Promote and maintain relationships with potential clients: detect needs, assess and prepare proposals, participate in negotiations, follow-up and closing. * Intermediate or higher degree in Business Administration, Tourism or similar. * Additional training in Marketing and/or Sales. * Essential languages: English, German; other languages will be valued. * Commercial and interpersonal skills. * Negotiation ability. * Proactive in identifying needs and proposing improvements. * Decision-making ability and capacity to work autonomously. * Experience in hotel reception, tour guiding, or private healthcare administration will be valued.
