* Indefinite contract * Full-time * Hybrid (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, CN, Spain) * IT We are seeking an **IT Functional Technician** to join our Technology Department — a key role bridging business needs with the technological solutions that make them possible. ### **What will be your mission?** Serve as the functional reference in enterprise management projects, ensuring that technological solutions deliver business value and contribute to corporate process efficiency. ### **What will be your main responsibilities?** ### **ERP and Implementation** * Participate in ERP implementation, configuration, and evolution projects. * Act as the liaison between business units and technology vendors. * Gather and analyze functional requirements. * Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Propose standard solutions, prioritizing configuration over custom development. * Define and execute functional test plans. * Manage incidents and ensure delivery quality. * Coordinate data migrations and guarantee master data quality. ### **Integrations and Systems** * Manage application integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, and JSON-based services. * Collaborate in managing development, pre-production, and production environments. * Supervise proper definition of roles and permissions. * Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. ### **Data and Business Intelligence** * Design and maintain SQL queries on relational databases. * Analyze and validate information for decision-making. * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. * Prepare progress and status reports for management. ### **Coordination, Training, and Documentation** * Coordinate vendors and internal teams, tracking deliverables and deadlines. * Plan and deliver training sessions for end users. * Create guides, procedures, and functional documentation. * Keep process maps, role models, and design decisions up to date. * Support maintenance of the corporate website when required. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration with specialization in Systems, Advanced Vocational Training in Application Development (DAM) or Web Application Development (DAW), or related qualifications. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in ERP implementation, functional support, or ERP evolution. * Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and test management. * Knowledge of system integration using REST and SOAP APIs. * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, and validation. * Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI. * Ability to understand business processes (finance, logistics, HR, etc.). ### **We will positively consider:** * Prior experience implementing ERPs, especially Microsoft Business Central or A3 ERP. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. * Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or other relevant platforms. * Technical English for reading documentation (B2 level or higher). ### **What do we offer?** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:00; Friday, 08:00–14:00. * Flexible summer schedule. * Involvement in strategic digital transformation projects. * Continuous training plan. **If you seek a project where you can combine business, technology, and data to generate real organizational impact, we want to meet you.** * Indefinite contract * Full-time * Hybrid (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, CN, Spain) * IT
