**MISSION:** To develop, maintain, and evolve global operational workforce analytics and social cost analysis tools. The objective is to provide integrated, standardized, and reliable information enabling optimized strategic decision-making by Human Resources, Finance, and Operations globally.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Development and Evolution of Workforce Analytics Tools**
* Design and maintain a **global headcount tracking tool**, managing key metrics such as headcount, turnover, tenure, absenteeism, diversity, etc.
* Build and update a **scenario modeling system**, designed to project workforce growth or reduction under various business scenarios.
* Develop tools related to:
+ **Shift Management**
+ **Attendance Control**
+ **Productivity Analytics:** focused on creating ratios linking human resources to operational outcomes.
**2\. Social Cost Analysis**
* Calculate the **Total Cost of Employment (TCE)** globally.
* Prepare **international labor cost comparisons** by country, region, and business unit.
* Implement **financial impact simulations** arising from changes in salary policies, benefits, or remuneration structures.
**3\. Development of Reporting and Visualization Tools**
* Create and maintain **executive dashboards** and automated reports.
* Automate reporting using SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
* Manage **data integration, quality, and consolidation** from multiple internal areas.
**4\. Global Coordination and Data Governance**
* Participate in defining **global standards for metrics and methodologies**.
* Ensure **workforce data quality, consistency, and governance**, collaborating with local and international teams.
**Required Professional Profile**
* Expert in **Human Resources analytics** and **labor cost analytics**, with a global perspective and ability to interpret complex data.
* Hybrid profile combining **technical and strategic expertise**, capable of understanding operational processes and transforming them into analytical models.
* Results-oriented professional with ability to **lead projects**, prioritize needs, and ensure data quality.
* Ability to translate technical information into operational insights.
**Required Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Economics**, **Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, **Labor Relations**, or related fields.
* Preferred qualifications include:
+ Master’s degree in **Data Analytics**, **People Analytics**, **Human Resources**, **Business Intelligence**, or similar.
+ Certifications in data analytics (Power BI, SAP SAC, etc.).
+ Training in international labor regulations.
**Technical Competencies**
* Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and handling large volumes of data.
* Solid knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, or other global HCM systems.
* Ability to create analytical models, simulations, and scenarios.
* Knowledge of **Business Intelligence** tools or other analytical platforms.
