





We are looking for staff to perform information and access control duties. Previous experience in similar roles such as receptionist, information assistant, or customer service is required. Holding a Basic General Education degree or ESO qualification will be valued, along with fluent user-level proficiency in office software tools. The selected candidate must be available to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, with rest days scheduled according to service rosters. Responsibilities will include handling telephone switchboard operations, managing correspondence and messenger services, receiving visitors, and providing public information. The role also involves preparing facilities for access and closure, leading evacuations in emergencies, and completing reports, attendance monitoring, and payment collection tasks. We offer a part-time schedule of 28 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts. The contract will be temporary, covering a leave replacement, with potential for extension. The gross monthly salary is €861, paid in 14 installments, with additional allowances for holidays or night shifts as applicable.
