TOURIST ACCOMMODATION IN GOLF DEL SUR Seeking Cook and Section Chef · Lead and supervise kitchen staff in your section, delegating tasks, motivating the team, and maintaining efficiency during service. · Section Management: be responsible for the proper preparation, presentation, and quality of all dishes leaving your section, ensuring freshness and proper use of ingredients. · Responsible for planning and ordering necessary ingredients for your section, stock control, and receiving goods. · Ensure all preparations meet the restaurant's quality and presentation standards, maintaining consistency in dishes. · Guarantee compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in your work area and during food handling. · Collaborate with the chef on menu planning, contributing ideas, and may participate in creating new culinary proposals. · Train cooks and assistants in your team, especially new hires or apprentices. · Effectively motivate and organize a group of people. · Master cooking techniques within your specialty. · Ability to efficiently manage time, resources, and tasks. · Communicate clearly with your team and higher levels of the kitchen brigade.
