After completing the training and certification process on the platform, your activities will include participation in: * Gathering functional and technical requirements and configuring the system according to design decisions. * Leading design, validation workshops, and conducting demos. * Designing and executing tests, as well as supporting other teams in test execution. * Documenting technical and functional requirements, and updating deliverables whenever configuration changes require it. * Training end users and internal teams through knowledge transfer and training sessions. * Collaborating with HR, data, IT, and security teams, both internal and client-side, ensuring alignment across teams, consensus-driven decision-making, and successful project implementation. * Providing post-go-live support, including monitoring, incident diagnosis, and resolution. * Implementing new functionalities according to business needs and updates released by Workday.
