We are currently seeking an **External Sales Representative for Construction Materials** in Tenerife: Reporting to the Commercial Delegate, you will be responsible for: * Conducting market studies, reporting, and preparing reports for the Commercial Delegate. * Expanding the customer portfolio in the region by visiting construction sites, installers, renovation specialists, among others. * Building relationships with customers, following up and maintaining customer care. * Daily reporting of sales activities through a CRM system. * Negotiating, preparing quotes, following up, and closing sales. * Managing and monitoring overdue payments within the customer portfolio. * Regular interaction with suppliers to stay updated on product innovations, attending specialized training sessions. * Coordinating with the Warehouse and Logistics Manager at the company's warehouse or other locations for delivery and transportation arrangements. * Providing occasional support at the point of sale (customer advice and sales, preparing delivery notes...). **Minimum Requirements:** * Experience in a similar role. * Essential knowledge of construction materials and construction systems. * Sales-oriented individual with strong communication skills. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00. * Fixed salary + bonus based on performance targets. * Medical insurance. * Flexible compensation. * Company vehicle + Solred.
