At Acteco, a reference company in industrial waste management and valorization, we are seeking to hire an Analyst/Developer for our IT Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions within the ERP and its complementary applications, as well as providing technical support to company users. * What do we offer? * Stability at a company with over 25 years of experience in the industrial waste management sector. * Training and professional development plan. * Indefinite contract. * On-site position at the Ibi (Alicante) plant. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 h; Friday, 08:00–14:00 h, with flexibility regarding start and end times. * Opportunity to join a growing IT department, with technical career progression and participation in cross-functional projects. What will your responsibilities be? * Analyze corporate processes (sales, operations, finance, etc.) and their support via the ERP and complementary applications. * Design and implement developments within the ERP and its complementary applications, addressing requests for new features, improvements, and incidents. * Conduct tests to ensure reliability and correct functionality of developments prior to production deployment. * Deploy developments into the production environment and train users on new functionalities. * Provide technical support to users, resolving queries regarding solution functionality and data interpretation. * Identify training needs and deliver training when required. * Does not cover certain mass operations or reports requested. * Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Security teams to ensure consistency and robustness of solutions delivered to the company. * Report to the Applications Manager. **Requirements:** --------------- What are we looking for? * Degree in Computer Engineering, Higher Technician in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), or Higher Technician in Web Application Development (DAW). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a full-stack analyst/developer, identifying needs across various business areas and proposing technical solutions (5 years’ experience preferred). * Knowledge of application development using current standard technologies such as Java, C#, or similar. * Proficiency with source code management systems (Git, Subversion). * Knowledge of relational databases. * Experience in multiplatform application development and API integration projects. * Experience with AI tools for development (e.g., Codex, Claude) is a plus. * Strong time management, communication skills, problem-solving orientation, and teamwork ability.
