If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you. TEAM LEADERSHIP Identify staffing needs and participate in the selection process, as well as in onboarding new employees. Supervise trainees. Oversee task assignments, shift and vacation scheduling, and other work-related matters (variable pay, overtime, absences, etc.), keeping the Director informed. Conduct performance evaluations for their team, providing constructive feedback. PATIENT CARE Manage requests, incidents, and complaints submitted by patients that, due to their complexity, require intervention by the area supervisor. SERVICE OPERATIONS Serve as a communication channel between management and staff, ensuring information flows both upward and downward. Verify that the team adheres to professional conduct and the company's quality standards, implementing necessary and feasible improvements. Develop support guides, manuals, and operational protocols, as well as any other tools required to achieve objectives. Perform regular team duties in addition to supervisory responsibilities. Monitor compliance with timelines and budgets related to infrastructure and equipment outlined in investment plans. Coordinate and supervise external contractors performing specialized maintenance or construction projects at the hospital. Oversee and manage preventive maintenance of electromedical equipment and perform daily checks on the condition of hospital infrastructure, technical installations, and equipment. Supervise the proper collection, storage, and disposal of medical and hazardous waste, including biological, chemical, and radioactive waste, in compliance with applicable environmental and health regulations. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING Collaborate in quality and environmental procedures, monitoring service indicators and identifying potential risks with the team. Ensure inventory management complies with established standards and deadlines, reporting material needs for replenishment. Place external orders with suppliers and manage stock levels.
