Maintenance Technician **Key Responsibilities:** We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to ensure the availability and reliability of process machinery and auxiliary plant services. Your objective will be to keep production running safely, with quality and hygiene, within a demanding industrial environment focused on operational excellence. * You will execute assigned work orders and maintenance procedures, accurately documenting interventions and reporting incidents to the Maintenance Manager. * You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial process equipment and auxiliary systems (e.g., air compressors, refrigeration units, diesel generators, fire protection systems), responding swiftly to contingencies that may affect personnel, facilities, or production continuity. * You will ensure smooth information transfer during shift changes, maintaining process continuity and adherence to the maintenance schedule. * You will uphold compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Hygiene, Quality, and Food Safety standards—including Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)—as well as proper waste management within the maintenance area. * You will coordinate external contractors’ activities and, when required, supervise specialists on shift to guarantee technical standards are met and documentation remains accurate and accessible. **Profile Requirements:** MUST-HAVE * Minimum one year of proven professional experience in similar roles. * Formal education relevant to this position. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence near the workplace.
