We seek a senior-level Technical Project Lead with proven experience in technical development and team management to lead our internal software projects. You will have the opportunity to lead a proactive and diverse technical development team, working collaboratively on the evolution and maintenance of our technological solutions. Key responsibilities include: * Lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines. * Guide and motivate development teams (front-end, back-end, and AS400\) and support teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. * Actively participate in defining technical architecture and in technology and framework selection decisions. * Ensure efficient integration among the company’s various systems and applications. * Collaborate with other departments to translate business needs into robust technological solutions. * Work closely with the CTO on team improvement and coordination plans. What are we looking for? * More than 7 years of software development experience. * More than 3 years leading technical teams or managing development projects. * Solid expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and Java. * Knowledge of mobile development (Flutter, Dart, or similar). * Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and with cross-functional teams. * Skills in planning, prioritization, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: * Experience with AS400 / RPG. * Participation in telecommunications-sector projects.
