Teleoperator

Description

In Langreo, personnel are sought to perform teleoperator duties under a part-time contract of 30 hours per week. The schedule will be rotating between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00, with breaks established by law. Main responsibilities include receiving and making customer service calls, verifying contracts, and managing incidents or ticketing. Other duties inherent to the position will also be performed. The team operates in a dynamic environment, aiming to deliver high-quality service to users. Availability for rotating shifts throughout the week, including weekends, is required. * Minimum one year of demonstrable experience in telephone sales. * Basic computer skills. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan. English is an asset. * Completed high school diploma.
