




Job Summary: We are seeking a documentation engineer with experience in developing and quality-controlling complex technical manuals, training junior staff, and collaborating on process improvement for power electronics products. Power Electronics’ vision is to lead renewable energy generation and contribute to a clean and sustainable world for future generations. **Job Responsibilities** ----------------------- Developing high-complexity sections of official manuals defined for the company’s various commercialized products, especially during early development phases. Controlling the quality of inputs received from developers for integration into official manuals, including participation—when necessary—in HW and/or SW design reviews. Includes basic handling of images, drawings, and schematics. Creating new manual structures for newly launched products, defining new sections and subsections to ensure usability for end users, including definitions of sections, blocks, and minimum content requirements. Supervising junior documentation engineers to train them in manual production methodologies. Learning and understanding products to be documented from the end-user perspective, both in terms of hardware (HW) and functional or software (SW) aspects. Collaborating in implementing documentation design processes and new tools, following guidelines provided by the team leader or responsible manager. Training the most junior team members and supervising/reviewing their work, supporting communication with design teams to ensure timely and accurate information receipt. Actively participating in periodic meetings and reporting progress on assigned tasks. Carrying out assigned tasks according to project-defined priorities, ensuring they are completed with the required quality within the established timeframe. Performing all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, whether related to the individual’s area or linked to other departments, to ensure proper workflow execution. Complying with the role and responsibility matrix regarding occupational health and safety (P14\.130S\-F01\).**Academic Qualifications** ------------- Bachelor’s degree and/or university degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.**Computer Skills** --------------- Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.**Languages** ----------- English (B2\).**Prior Experience** ---------------------- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar position.
