**Description:** ---------------- Experence IT Solutions is seeking to hire 1 IT Support Technician to participate in an important project implementing a new digital platform across hospitals and Primary Care centers in the Balearic Islands. The selected candidate will join the team responsible for supporting users during the deployment of the solution, providing on-site first-level support and assisting in resolving initial questions and incidents related to application usage. **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site first-level support (Helpdesk / Floor Support) to users. * Address and resolve questions and incidents related to application usage. * Accompany users during the initial phases of tool adoption. * Identify, log, and track incidents. * Escalate technical incidents that cannot be resolved at first level. * Assist users with basic application navigation and associated IT tools. * Detect recurring issues and report them to the relevant team. * Travel between various hospital and Primary Care centers across Mallorca and Menorca. * Maintain close, user-oriented communication throughout the entire implementation process. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a proactive, dynamic individual with strong learning ability and user orientation, who feels comfortable working on-site and interacting directly with professionals from diverse backgrounds. **Requirements:** --------------- * Medium-level vocational training or equivalent, preferably in IT. * Administrative Documentation and Management. * Healthcare-related field. * Prior experience in technical support, Helpdesk, or user assistance. * Basic knowledge of IT systems and tools. * Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level incidents. * Strong ability to explain solutions clearly and simply. * Experience in healthcare environments or with healthcare management applications is desirable but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills and user interaction ability. * Availability to work on-site and on an itinerant basis. * **Initial training in Barcelona**: Before joining the project, you will receive on-site training in Barcelona covering the platform and tools you will use during the assignment. **What do we offer?** * Location: Mallorca and Menorca. * Work modality: 100% on-site and itinerant. * Start date: September 2026\. * Estimated duration: approximately 1 year, subject to project needs. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, within the 8:00–17:00 time slot. * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Salary: €20\.000 – €30\.000 gross annually, depending on experience and profile.
