




**Our client** One of Spain’s leading NGOs dedicated to supporting children and adolescents at risk, with a unique project in Spain. **Job description** The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all activities and projects carried out in the region, with the primary mission of securing funding by promoting awareness of the organization’s work. Key responsibilities: * Research and stay up to date on local public or private grants and funding opportunities for projects related to the defense of children’s and adolescents’ rights. * Identify and monitor calls for proposals/tenders issued by private entities relevant to the organization. * Prepare and submit technical and administrative proposals for such calls, ensuring clear and effective communication of project objectives and expected outcomes. * Prepare technical and financial justifications in final reports for successfully secured projects. * Maintain relationships and coordination with public bodies and institutions, as well as with private entities collaborating with the organization. * Liaise with local media outlets in coordination with the Communications Department. * Produce reports and summaries regarding activities carried out by the Delegation. * Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential donors, developing strategies to foster long-term collaboration. **Requirements:** * University degree in social sciences/humanities. * Experience in a managerial role within third-sector organizations. * Experience in fundraising and financial resource management. * Knowledge of childhood and adolescence issues, and associated challenges, is desirable. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. **We offer:** * The opportunity to join a prestigious, widely recognized organization committed to defending children’s and adolescents’ rights. * A collaborative, diverse work environment dedicated to social transformation. * Opportunities for professional development.
