* Tracking of theft cases until vehicle recovery and reintegration into the corresponding store.
* Control and validation of supplier invoicing up to payment.
* Coordination of repatriation of vehicles recovered abroad.
* Monthly administrative management: settlements, provisions, invoice review and accounting in SAP.
* Insurance policy management: onboarding, offboarding, and insurer liaison.
* Analysis and validation of accident reports (AR) for operational handling.
* Opening, tracking, and closing of claims files, ensuring reduced immobilization times.
* Claims analysis per insurer and proposal of improvements.
* Monitoring of insurance indemnity collections.

* Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration, Management, or related field.
* Two years of experience in administrative roles.
* Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).

* Organizational ability, autonomy, and initiative.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
**What do we offer you?**

* Flexibility to receive part of your earned salary at any time.
* Flexible compensation plan (private health insurance for you and your family members, training, childcare vouchers, meal vouchers, etc.).
* Access to a personalized training platform offering a wide variety of on-demand courses—where you decide what training you want to pursue.
* As a member of OKTeam, you’ll enjoy employee benefits such as discounts on vehicle rentals and hotels, participation in mobility raffles, and tickets to cultural events.
