MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: As an **Administrative Assistant – Crew Training**, you will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing the organization of mandatory training delivered to our crew. Your main duties will include: * Designing the annual course schedule. * Notifying crew members about the courses assigned to them. * Updating crew training data in real time. * Collecting, receiving, and managing all documentation required for the courses. CONDITIONS * Temporary replacement contract covering a long-term leave. * Intensive morning shift with flexible scheduling. * Workplace at our headquarters in Llucmajor, Mallorca. * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote work). * Air tickets with our airline and partner carriers for travel around the world with your family and friends. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience in administrative functions, preferably in airline operations. * Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
