Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer to lead and optimize maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and optimize maintenance of industrial facilities. 2. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 3. Lead technical teams and improve processes. We seek a candidate with experience to manage maintenance of our industrial facilities in Les Franqueses del Vallès. Your mission will be to ensure all machinery and systems operate correctly and efficiently. To achieve this, you will design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to avoid production stoppages and extend equipment service life. Your work will be critical to maintaining high production levels and ensuring safety. This position covers full responsibility for the maintenance department. This includes organizing available resources, supervising technical staff, and assigning tasks. You must devise and implement process improvement methods, actively seeking to optimize performance and reduce costs. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achievement of overall objectives. Your commitment to safety and regulatory compliance will be vital to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. You are expected to participate in the introduction of new technologies and equipment, contributing your expertise to their selection and implementation. You will prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance and propose improvements based on collected data. Education in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering or related field. Proven experience in maintenance management within industrial environments. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. Proficiency in Spanish and technical English.
