Join our team as a **Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer** and enjoy an innovative and collaborative work environment. The position is part of a Data team responsible for end-to-end management of data related to reservation processing and hotel business analytics. This is a key role within a mature team covering the full analytics lifecycle, currently facing a strategic phase of re-engineering and technological modernization. **What will be your mission on the project?** * Full re-engineering of data processing, addressing modernization of the existing architecture. * Continuous collaboration with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and translating them into technical solutions. * Design and development of data extraction, ingestion, storage, and transformation processes. * Ensuring proper construction of the analytical layer and provision of information for Power BI. * Participation in the definition and execution of the technology evolution strategy, including progressive migration to Databricks. * Coordination of the transition toward architectures based on AWS and Microsoft Fabric. * Leading the progressive decommissioning of Spark-based processes in favor of SQL database-based solutions. * Ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability of data used by revenue and hotel teams. **Minimum Requirements** * Solid experience in end-to-end data and analytics engineering. * Knowledge of data ingestion and extraction processes. * Experience with Python and PySpark in complex data environments. * Regular work with Parquet files, Athena tables, and Delta-based solutions. * Experience in Databricks environments and process orchestration with Airflow. * Ability to lead technical initiatives and communicate effectively with functional and business stakeholders. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Hybrid work model**: 1\-2 days per week onsite at the client’s offices in Palma de Mallorca. * **Vacation days**: 22 days of vacation \+ 2 flexible days, plus December 24th and 31st off. * **Permanent contract**: From day one, with option of 12 or 14 annual payments. * **Flexible compensation**: Meal card, childcare voucher, private health insurance, training, and other tax-advantaged benefits. * **Benefits Club**: Discounts on technology, leisure, and training. * **Continuous training**: Access to Udemy Business, language courses, official certifications, and technical training. * **Career development plan**: Support to grow, specialize, or take on new challenges. * **Holistic wellbeing**: Nutrition, physical activity, and emotional balance programs. * **Work-life balance \+ LIFE**: 24/7 personal and family assistance. * **Inclusive environment**: Diverse and multicultural workplace. * **Social events**: Activities to connect with the team. **Apply now and we’ll share more details!** Follow us here \-\> knowmad mood to stay updated on our latest news.
