**What are we looking for?**
We are currently seeking an **FP\&A Analyst** for one of **OK Group's** companies, whose mission will be to support the Financial Planning \& Analysis function in financial analysis, report preparation, and monitoring of key business metrics—contributing to decision-making through reliable information, data analysis, and a continuous improvement focus on financial processes.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
* Analyze major variances between actual results and budget, identify root causes, and support defining corrective actions.
* Prepare financial reports and business KPIs for various departments across the company.
* Support the development of financial models and profitability analysis.
* Collaborate with business teams to provide information that facilitates decision-making.
* Participate in improving and automating financial reporting and analysis processes.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information in coordination with Accounting and Controlling teams.
* Conduct ad hoc analyses of costs, revenues, and key business KPIs.
* Collaborate on continuous improvement and financial process optimization projects.
**What do you need to join our team?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in FP\&A, Controlling, Auditing, or Financial Analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Office 365\.
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
* Familiarity with SAP or other financial ERP systems is desirable.
* High level of English (B2\-C1\).
* Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
* Business orientation and ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Proactivity, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across different company departments.
