Additionally, you’ll gain access to new opportunities at Meliá, such as our Graduate Programs—designed to train the company’s future leaders. **Global and Diverse Environment:** Enjoy a multicultural setting where every day presents an opportunity to learn, share, and tackle new challenges. **Job Mission** The intern will actively participate in the F\&B tender preparation process—aiming both to improve cost efficiency and accelerate the implementation of evaluation scorecards in collaboration with the Sustainability team—as well as monitor new projects involving new products and suppliers and assess their profitability. **Key Responsibilities** **Global Procurement Area** * Support tender activities within the global procurement tool (Coupa). * Incorporate ESG-related evaluation scorecards. * Request and compare supplier proposals. **Documentary and Operational Management** * Ensure full management of documentation originating from F\&B tenders. * Support the loading and maintenance of F\&B purchase agreements, catalogs, and pricing lists. * Collaborate in managing F\&B suppliers within the system. * Support the Centralized Procurement team (Spain, EMEA, and Caribbean), facilitating the exchange of product and supplier information across multiple business areas. **Incident Management** * Address and track incidents related to the procurement process. * Interact with hotels and suppliers to resolve order-related issues. * Prepare incident reports and ensure resolution. **Learning Plan** During the internship, the student will develop competencies in: * Procurement systems (Coupa and SAP MM) * Managing sustainability documentation for F\&B suppliers * Centralized procurement management * Incident analysis and resolution * Reporting and administrative management **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Tourism, or a related field * Interest in procurement and supply chain * Advanced proficiency in Excel and digital tools * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Good command of English (an asset) * Commitment to reside in Palma de Mallorca. **At Meliá, We Are All VIPs** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, backed by leadership commitment and aligned with our Human Resources policies.
