Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle high-volume recruitment **Description:** ---------------- Iman Facility Services, specializing in comprehensive services for companies and organizations, is seeking to hire a Selection and Training Technician to strengthen the Human Resources department and support the organization's growth. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel selection, preferably in service companies, temporary staffing agencies (ETT), or Facility Services. * Experience in training management and FUNDAE is desirable. * Proficiency in office software and recruitment platforms. * Proactive, organized person with strong communication skills. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle high-volume recruitment.
