Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Center Manager to supervise real-time operations of renewable power plants and BESS. Key Highlights: 1. Drives the energy transition from within. 2. Leads operation and coordination in an electrical control center. 3. Contributes to clean, affordable, reliable, and constant energy. **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to incorporate a **Control Center Operations Manager** into our team. **Your typical day will include**: * Supervising real-time operations of renewable power plants and BESS. * Managing dispatch and compliance with REE instructions. * Executing and coordinating operational strategies defined by the Optimization team. * Identifying real-time improvement opportunities to maximize performance and availability. * Leading maneuvers at Substations (SETs) in accordance with safety standards and current regulations. * Managing critical contingencies and operational events. * Monitoring performance via SCADA systems. * Developing and standardizing operational protocols. * Coordinating and leading operator shift teams. **Requirements**: * Electrical Engineer or related degree. * 5+ years of experience. * 2–3 years of experience in an electrical sector control center. * SCADA system proficiency. * Knowledge of SETs. * Coordination with REE. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability and decision-making capacity in dynamic scenarios.
