National Manager Experience
FUNCTION MISSION
The National Experience Manager (Project Manager) is the technical-operational responsible for the facilities of Kinépolis Spain’s 11 cinemas. They ensure the safety, availability, efficiency, and technological evolution of buildings, equipment, and critical infrastructure (HVAC, electricity, basic IT), directly contributing to customer experience and the smooth daily operation.
They act as the reference engineer and technical project manager for all sites, coordinating maintenance, construction works, technical investments, suppliers, and central departments. They serve as a key facilitator between Operations, Refresh & Remodeling, Real Estate, IT, and the cinemas, ensuring each cinema operates according to Kinépolis’ quality standards.
* Comprehensive technical maintenance management of cinemas
* Define and supervise the national maintenance plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive) to guarantee safety, operational continuity, and quality.
* Ensure proper functioning of critical systems (HVAC, electricity, elevators, auditorium climate control, lighting, special installations).
* Optimize technical contracts and SLAs, coordinating suppliers and cinema managers—especially during peak occupancy periods.
* Budget management
* Periodic analysis of variances, forecasting, and cost optimization.
* Definition and execution of the annual technical investment plan for cinemas.
* Drive energy efficiency and sustainability projects with direct impact on OPEX.
* Management of construction works and technical projects
* End-to-end leadership of minor construction works and technical projects (renovations, equipment replacements, regulatory adaptations).
* Provide technical support and supervision for major construction works led by Real Estate, coordinating engineering firms, architects, and external PMs.
* Guarantee regulatory compliance, technical quality, and minimal disruption to operations.
* National technical liaison and support to Operations
* Act as the national technical point of contact with Operations, Real Estate, IT, and other central departments.
* Translate cinemas’ technical needs into viable and executable projects.
* Ensure technical infrastructure supports the implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement of customer experience.
Education
Industrial Technical or Graduate Engineer (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field).
Experience
* Minimum 5 years in technical Facility Management or engineering project management.
* Experience in multi-site environments, retail, leisure, hospitality, or high-occupancy facilities is desirable.
* Experience coordinating and overseeing construction works and liaising with engineering firms/architects.
* Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, audiovisual systems, or energy systems.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Advanced English (C1). Part of the selection process will be conducted in English.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Office (especially Excel).
