**Why this role is important**
We are seeking a Line Quality Representative for our Cisterna di Latina site, to work on continuous shift rotation (3-2 schedule).
**What you will do**
* Perform quality checks at defined frequencies.
* Responsibility for product release.
* Support from batch start-up through to batch closure.
* Verification activities for automatic production systems.
* Management of issues/deviations/specific failures, coordinating with production and quality control personnel.
* **Work on continuous shift schedule (3x2 schedule).**
Qualifications

**Your experience and acquired competencies**
* Prior experience in production, especially in quality control.
* **Knowledge and application of GMP and quality procedures**.
* Strong organizational and priority management skills.
* Accuracy, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is preferred.

Initial fixed-term contract for **6 months**, (Italian National Collective Labor Agreement for Glass Industry – Secondary Processing).
**The indicative annual gross salary (RAL) for this role is EUR 24,716.69, paid in 13 installments.** The actual compensation includes allowances related to shift work. Additionally, as part of our offer in Italy, you may benefit from:
