What will you do at Allianz?
You will join the Chief Technology Data Office (CTDO), providing cross-functional support in information management, reporting, and preparation of executive materials. Your contribution will be key to improving visibility, data quality, and operational clarity within the organization’s IT function.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* CTDO information management.
* Collecting, documenting, and maintaining up-to-date key information on technological risks, testing, test cycles, and controls.
* Supporting information standardization and evidence traceability.
* Supporting IT information management.
* Collecting operational data on the status of the Corporate Organization’s IT.
* Standardizing information inputs to improve reporting efficiency and visibility.
* Supporting IT governance and operational monitoring activities.
* Supporting leadership on technology-related topics.
* Preparing documentation and executive materials for committees, town halls, and leadership sessions.
* Preparing summaries, consolidating relevant information, and providing analytical support.
* Participating in alignment initiatives between CTDO, Allianz Technology, and the business.
* Reporting and data visualization.
* Building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
* Connecting to and leveraging data from the Allianz Data Platform (ADP).
* Collaborating on continuous improvement of the reporting model.
* Presentation preparation and support for IT strategy.
* Creating executive presentations on IT strategy, key initiatives, and enterprise architecture tracking.
* Supporting the Enterprise Architecture team in documentation, capability mapping, and initiative tracking.
What does Allianz need from you?
We are looking for a student interested in technology, data, and the corporate environment, eager to learn and add value from day one.
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Technology, or related fields).
* Fluent communication in both Spanish and English, to work daily in both languages.
* Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong information organization skills.
* Basic knowledge of IT, technological architecture, and delivery methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of or interest in Power BI and basic data modeling concepts.
* Strong communication, synthesis, and collaborative working skills.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a technological and strategic environment.
What does Allianz offer you?
* 600-hour internship contract; university agreement required.
* Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, 25 hours per week.
