Architect or Technical Architect with experience to collaborate in all project phases. We seek a candidate capable of supporting project drafting and management, permit processing, and documentary and technical coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Presto is required, along with solid knowledge of urban planning regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical documentation: reports, drawings, measurements, and budgets. Drawings are also edited and drafted in AutoCAD (Revit proficiency is valued), budgets and certifications are prepared using Presto, and permits for minor and major construction works, business activity licenses, responsible declarations, and prior notifications are managed. Additionally, applicable urban planning regulations—including master plans, ordinances, the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), and local regulations—are reviewed; files with municipal councils and other authorities are prepared and monitored, addressing corrections and official requests. The contract is indefinite, full-time, with an annual salary of 23\.000 €.
