You will act as the **bridge between business and technology**, contributing technical vision, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Lead and coordinate software development technical teams (developers, QA, etc.) * Ensure the technical and architectural evolution of access control systems * Serve as the liaison point between business areas and technical teams * Coordinate work in an international and distributed environment * Provide technical input in decision-making (architecture, development, systems) * Guarantee quality, stability, and alignment of development with project objectives ### **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of our requirements.
