Contribute to product design and resolve manufacturing issues **Job Description:** An opportunity for Manufacturing engineer NC Programmer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo). Responsabilities: Requirements: knowledge on CATIA V5 . Specific modules related to Composites design (CPD) Fast / advanced machining, Generative Shape design Knowledge on manufacturing processes regarding CFRP structures (including sandwich structures) where manual or automatic lay\-up, trimming, cutting machines are used Experience in CNC programming for CFRP structures: layup, cutting, trimming… MTORRES/CINCINNATI layup machines GFM of MTORRES cutting machines MTORRES, FLOW, PAR trimming machines. Robotics. Tasks: CNC programming for different technologies. Advanced modelling, flattening of non\-ruled surfaces. Support for programming activities of automatic cutting machines (GFM). Support the design team in the initial phases of a product design to assure it will be able to be manufactured with given automatic means, looking for the less costly feasible solution.
