We seek to bring onboard a **Digital Designer** with strong visual judgment, autonomy, and execution capability to help us build and maintain a consistent, compelling image across all our channels. About the Role The selected candidate will develop graphic materials for various projects: from digital campaigns and web design to visual identity and physical assets deployed across our campsites. You will join a growing team and collaborate directly with Product and Marketing. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Designing digital assets for social media, campaigns, and websites * Developing and adapting visual identity (logos, style guides, iconography) * Designing interfaces and visual elements for websites (landing pages, sections, banners) * Image editing and retouching * Preparing files for production (digital and print) * Occasional coordination with technical teams for web implementation What We’re Looking For * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator * Solid working knowledge of Photoshop * Understanding of digital design principles and composition * Ability to work autonomously * Attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment Bonus Qualifications * Prior branding experience * Proficiency in Figma or other UI design tools * Experience in web design * Interest in tourism, lifestyle, or hospitality projects * Familiarity with AI-powered design tools What We Offer * Growing project with real career progression * Agile, non-bureaucratic work environment * Creative freedom and opportunity to make a tangible impact * Hybrid work model * Competitive compensation based on profile Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Contract Duration: 10 months Work Location: On-site
