Your main responsibilities: * Managing and tracking attendance-related incidents (time clock records, absences, delays, vacations, leave requests, etc.). * Managing and tracking the annual training plan using the GIF platform * Conducting onboarding for new hires and handling all related administrative tasks, such as requesting corporate email accounts, uniforms, personnel files, etc. * Providing in-person and telephone support to employees regarding incidents or questions they may have * Supporting other HR department tasks **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance, Law, Labor Relations, or related field * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a Human Resources department or labor consultancy * Proficiency in Excel
